  • Striped sweater - Forever 21 | Denim dungaree - Forever 21 | Sneakers - DIY | Horse-shoe bracelet - H&M
Even as a kid, my mom has always loved dressing me up in dungarees. It is the perfect item for one of those lazy days where you are just too tired to put so much effort into your outfit of the day. Take any top and throw a dungaree on top of it and you are good to go, especially if it is denim. No one would notice how many times you have worn the same item when its denim. Instead of going for the old plain white tee, I went for an oversized striped sweater. It is the one thing that always compliments denim perfectly, and whats better than a pair of white sneakers to complete this look?

Floral Kimono [DIY]

As a student, I am a huge fan of school breaks, they give me the opportunity to just chill and get things done. Before the break starts, I have made a list of things I would like to do over the break, that's how excited I am. One of the things on the list is to make a kimono. I, myself has always loved chiffon kimonos, it is the best item for layering in the tropical climate because it is super lightweight. With a bunch of fabrics and cloths lying around unused in my art room, I took the opportunity to made myself a kimono today. Unlucky for me, my thread trimmer broke down so I had to close up all the sides by doing a rolling stitch, if you know what I mean. Regardlessly, I still enjoyed every bit of it. Nothing beats the joy of making your own clothing.

King and cross

Top - Unbranded | Tutu skirt - Unbranded | Leather platform slip-ons - GU | Necklace - Topshop

Photographed by Albert Sumitio

After being away for sometime, coming back seem a bit weird and awkward. Its like I could't figure out what to write. But I'm gonna do what I always do. Over the course of this year, I feel like my style has evolved, I began to lean towards darker shades of colours and sporty wears. But I know there haven't been many pictures of my daily outfits lately, so it wouldn't show. People close to me would know it is the case, even though my latest outfit posts don't prove so. Anyway, moving on to my outfit. I would have worn this top with my favourite track pants, as they have been my go-to piece ever since I got my hands on them. But no, that day deserved more festivity than a pair of track pants, which was why I picked this tutu skirt instead, to add a touch of femininity and threw on a gold chain with a black pointy stone and a pair of leather platform slip-ons to maintain the sporty balance.

Happy Little Pill

Dress - Forever 21 | Circle necklace - H&M | Crystal point necklace - Forever 21Everly Wrap boots - Jeffrey Campbell, via Tuchuzy | Handbag - Topshop

You know how when you are so into something in the beginning and your interest starts to fade away towards the end? Thats what happened to me when I got to into documenting my first day of the trip that I just got lazier in capturing and recording everything about the trip, which is why there are no other pictures aside from the pictures of my outfit from that day. This could possibly be the last set of photos of my outfit during my vacation.

If you follow me on instagram, you've probably seen this outfit. This was the outfit I wore on the third day I suppose, I picked something more casual, a little white dress. Oh i can't even begin to tell you how much I love this dress. I have always been the fan of something simple yet versatile. This dress is both casual and dressy at the same time, it is something you can throw on during a chilled day or a more posh event. My one go-to-trick whenever I am wearing a plain casual piece is to chuck on some gold necklaces in different lengths, in this way it makes it seems like I've put a lil bit more of effort to my outfit.

Summer in Tokyo - Day 1

Kimono, shirt and necklace - H&M | Leather shorts - Unbranded | Hat - Forever 21 | Everly Wrap boots - Jeffrey Campbell, via Tuchuzy

Hi from Tokyo! We pretty much spent the first day here lounging around in the apartment and strolling around the streets of Ginza, trolling for snacks and super cheap clothing. There seems to be a huge sale going on in almost every store here, which made me go a lil bit crazy honestly! Even though it's summer here, the weather has been super great so far, its better than what I expected, no unbearable heat and all that shit. Which means I can actually layer up my outfit without constantly dripping sweat. I have just been obsessed with kimonos these days, I just feel like they really brings the outfit together. Not only they are thin and light weight in general, they also make the perfect garments for layering during summer.
